Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the MSK88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. MSK88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, winnings, or bonuses associated with them.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the MSK88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. MSK88 does not offer services in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and MSK88 may suspend or terminate such accounts upon discovery.
You represent and warrant that you are registering and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party. You further warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Prohibition on Self-Excluded Individuals: Individuals who have activated a self-exclusion arrangement — whether through MSK88 or through any recognised responsible gambling programme — are strictly prohibited from registering new accounts or accessing the Platform for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. MSK88 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and refund to the original payment source, less any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds held in your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings generated from bonus funds after full completion of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum cash-out limits specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Offer Terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be made. While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet cap applies per round or spin. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSK88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
MSK88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
MSK88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. MSK88 takes reasonable technical precautions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the inherent nature of internet-based platforms.
Nothing in this clause shall limit MSK88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method following standard KYC verification, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Upon termination of an account — whether by MSK88 or voluntarily by the Player — all licences granted under this Agreement are immediately revoked. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — MSK88 will provide notice via a prominent notification on the Platform website and, where available, by email to the registered address associated with your account.
Amendments take effect from the date stated in the notification or, where no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.
The version of these Terms and Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall supersede all prior versions.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MSK88 is duly licensed and operated.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and MSK88 arising from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through MSK88's internal complaints procedure. MSK88 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and aims to provide a substantive resolution response within 10 business days of receiving complete complaint documentation.
